4 Near Northwest City N: Devon (Northern City Limits with Lincolnwood); E: North Shore Channel to North Branch of Chicago River; S: North Avenue from North Branch of Chicago River to Cicero; W: Cicero Avenue
5 Near Southeast City N: Roosevelt Rd (1200 S); E: Lake Michigan; S: 71st Street; W: Ashland Ave

6 Southwest City N: I-55; E: 1600 W (Ashland Ave) to Beverley to Vincennes to I-57 near 115th St (along railroad tracks); S: On the south, it includes the suburbs of Oak Lawn, Alsip and Blue Island to I-57 on the east; W: Harlem fro I-55 to 65th St; 65th to Cicero; Cicero to 87th; 87th to Narragansett. It then follows the northern and western boundaries of Oak Lawn

7 Southeast Suburbs N: Formed by the northern borders of Burnham, Calumet City, Dolton, Riverdale and Calumet Park; E: State Line with Indiana; S: Steger Rd (Cook County Line with Will County) west to Harlem Ave; W: Formed by the western borders of Calumet Park, Riverdale, Dixmoor, Posen, Markham, Hazel Crest, Flossmoor to Olympia Fields. Then, from Governor’s Hwy along Vollmer Road to Harlem Ave. South along Harlem Ave to Steger Rd, so as to include Matteson and Richton Park
8 West City N: North Avenue west to Austin Ave (6000 W); E: Chicago River, excluding Goose Island, south to Grand Ave; S: I-55 from Ashland Ave to Chicago City Limits with Stickney, Cicero and Oak Park; W: Chicago City Limits
9 Near Northwest Suburbs Berwyn, Cicero, Elmwood Park, Franklin Park, Oak Park, River Forest, River Grove, Schiller Park, and O’Hare Airport.

10 Spanish Language South Spanish Language Groups south of Madison St (0 N/S) for all of Area 19.
11 Spanish Language North Spanish Language Groups north of Madison St (0 N/S) for all of Area 19.
12 Northwest Suburbs The parts of these suburbs in Cook County: Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Wheeling and Palatine.
13 Far Northwest Suburbs The parts of these suburbs in Cook County: Barrington, Barrington Hills, Elgin, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, Schaumburg, South Barrington, and Streamwood
14 Center City N: Division St (1200 N); E: Lake Michigan; S: Roosevelt Rd (1200 S); W: Chicago River (not including Goose Island) from Division Street to Grand Ave.; Grand west to Halsted; Halsted south to Roosevelt Rd
15 Elk Grove Village-Rolling Meadows Elk Grove Village, Rolling Meadows
16 Irving-Howard N: Chicago City Limits with Evanston; E: Lake Michigan; S: Irving Park Road (4000 N); W: North Shore Channel
17 Western Suburbs Cook County portions of Bellwood, Berkeley, Broadview, Brookfield, Burr Ridge, Countryside, Forest Park, Hillside, La Grange, La Grange Park, Lyons, Maywood, McCook, Melrose Park, Northlake, North Riverside, Riverside, Stickney, Westchester, Western Springs, Willow Springs, and other enclosed towns and areas in Cook County.

18 Northwest City N: Chicago City Limits with Park Ridge, Niles, Skokie and Lincolnwood to Cicero Ave; E: Cicero Ave S: North Ave; W: Chicago City Limits with Elmwood Park, River Grove and the Des Plaines River north to Park Ridge; [The Northwest City (District 18) includes Norridge, Harwood Heights and other internal suburbs]
19 Northern Suburbs Des Plaines, Golf, Morton Grove, Niles, Park Ridge and Rosemont
20 Southeast City N: 71st St; E: Lake Michigan and the State Line with Indiana; S: Chicago City Limits; W: Ashland Ave (1600 W) south to Berkeley Ave. Berkeley Ave south to Vincennes Ave. Vincennes Ave south to Ashland Ave (1600 W) along the railroad tracks

21 Near Southwest Suburbs Bedford Park, Bridgeview, Burbank, Chicago Ridge, Hickory Hills, Justice, Palos Hills, Summit and Worth

22 Southwest Suburbs The portions of the following suburbs in Cook County: Country Club Hills, Crestwood, Lemont, Midlothian, Oak Forest, Orland Hills, Orland Park, Palos Heights, Palos Park, Robbins, Tinley Park and the Palos Forest Preserves. West of the Palos Forest Preserves, the northern boundary is the Cal-Sag. South of Country Club Hills, the southern boundary is Vollmer Road from Harlem Ave. to Governor’s Hwy. The western boundary is the Cook County/Will County line.
