Every year, Delegates from the United States and Canada attend a weeklong General Service Conference to discuss and vote on business for Alcoholics Anonymous.
Our Area 19 Delegate (Robert J.) needs your input and your opinion. All Area 19 AA Members are invited to the Pre-Conference Forum.
This is an IN-PERSON event:
Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 8:00am-3:30pm, at:

Please Register in advance, by Monday, March 10, 2025.
(This allows us to order correct amount of food, as well as create printed materials)
Onsite Registration is Saturday, April 5, 2025, 8:00am – 9:00am. The Forum promptly starts at 9:00am until 3:30pm. LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED!
You will receive a registration confirmation. Background Materials and Agenda will be available in early to mid March and will be distributed by email. If you do not provide an email address, hard copies will be available on site on the day of Pre-Conference Forum. There will be virtual and hybrid town hall options on 03/20/25, 03/22/25, and 03/25/25. Please see calendar for more information.
