The purpose of this special committee is to review and suggest modification of the Area 19 service structure (Structure manual/handbook, Chicago A.A. How It Works For You) as required by continuing growth and changes in the fellowship. Any suggest modification shall be presented to the Chicago Area Service Assembly for approval.
